Contact us
Will it fit my shower?

The supplier specifies a G1/2 threaded connection. Check your shower arm’s thread and the clearance around it before ordering. Contact us if you need help.

Will it improve my hair and skin?

Velora’s cartridge is designed to reduce chlorine in shower water using activated carbon, calcium sulfite and copper-zinc media. If chlorine contributes to dryness in your routine, filtered water may feel gentler on your hair and skin. Results depend on your water and personal routine. This showerhead does not soften hard water.

When should I replace the filter?

Start with a fresh cartridge every three months for a shower used by one or two people. For three or more daily users, change it monthly. Replace it sooner if the chlorine smell returns or water flow drops. Water quality and shower use can affect timing.

Can I buy replacement filters separately?

Yes. Buy a single cartridge or a three-pack as a one-time purchase. The showerhead page also offers optional automatic filter refills, with the schedule and renewal terms shown before checkout.
