These terms apply to purchases from the Velora online store. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price, shipping charge, and applicable taxes shown at checkout and to provide accurate order and delivery information. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an item becomes unavailable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfill it or if there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Velora sells filtered showerheads, replacement filters, and related bundles. Product descriptions and images are provided to help you choose an item; minor variations may occur. Follow the product instructions and check compatibility before installation. Product information on this store is not medical advice or a guarantee of particular health outcomes. Any express product warranty is stated with the product or included materials.
